Michael Davis (or Mike as he prefers to be called) is a passionate and determined global diversity and inclusion professional with more than 23 years of experience in consulting and working in-house in the areas of diversity and inclusion, change management and organization development. He has also held several internal roles including heading up diversity and inclusion efforts at two global law firms.

Mr. Davis has worked in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia designing corporate diversity strategy (particularly strategies that integrate diversity into talent management and organization development strategies), executive coaching, conducting organization assessments, designing and delivering a myriad of diversity education sessions, developing and launching diversity councils and affinity groups, coaching executives and much more.

He has authored articles on various diversity and inclusion issues in publications like Profiles in Diversity Journal. Most recently, Mr. Davis was one of the authors of “The Art and Science of Strategic Talent Management In Law Firms.” He is a member of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals, SHRM and The Conference Board and actively supports many diversity-related organizations like The National Association of Women Lawyers, Corporate Council Women of Color, PALS, Students for Educational Opportunity, The Anti-Defamation League’s A World of Difference Institute, The National Black Law Students Association, The National Hispanic Law Students Association and the National Asian Pacific Islander Association. He also serves on, or has served on, several Boards including the Executive Board of the Tri-State Diversity & Inclusion Council, The James J. Dudley Luce Foundation and Georgetown University’s Chief Diversity Officer’s Advisory Board helping to guide the development of the nation’s first full Masters in diversity and inclusion management.

Mike developed his passion for diversity and inclusion early in his life from his experiences growing up in, and eventually starting his own, multiracial and multicultural family. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Le Moyne College and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University.
