Justice for All Summit
The Justice for All Summit is an award-winning event that connects business and community members to the tools, strategies, and BOLD ideas needed to reimagine what is possible for our workplaces and the world.
The Winters Group Justice for All Summit began in 2023 to celebrate the release of our book, Racial Justice at Work: Practical Solutions for Systemic Change. Over the years, the Summit has grown into a community space for shared learning, meaningful dialogue, and connection among people committed to advancing justice, inclusion, and lasting organizational change.
Held virtually, the Summit offers thought-provoking sessions, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to connect with others who share your passion for creating inclusive workplaces where people thrive. Participants from business, nonprofit, education, and government come together to learn, build community, expand their networks, and grow personally and professionally.
