CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 16, 2019/ The Winters Group/ — On December 17, 2019 at 2:00pm EST, The Winters Group, Inc. will be live streaming a Virtual Learning Lab titled, “A Decade of DEI: How Far We’ve Come and What Lies Ahead.”
Mary-Frances Winters, President & CEO of The Winters Group, Inc., a leading diversity, equity and inclusion consulting firm, will be the lead facilitator of the Learning Lab and will be reflecting on the last decade of sociopolitical challenges and an evolving global workforce, while examining the key initiatives and innovation that have surfaced as a response in DEI across industries. Recognizing that a new decade is upon us, Ms. Winters will introduce new initiatives and trends that will help in navigating the future of DEI.
Participants of the Learning Lab can look forward to data and scenario examples such as how the entrance of Generation Z into the workforce has leaders challenged with creating workplace cultures that foster inter-generational inclusion, as well as the emotional tax and toll of exclusion and behaviors like code-switching and micro-aggressions.
