“I am the daughter of immigrants who came from two very different backgrounds and who taught me to be myself; a Muslim college student who enjoyed studying Italian renaissance religious paintings; an introvert who likes talking to people; and a loving and supportive sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. I strive to Live Inclusively® by listening to and learning from others, and by being generous with my time and energy, particularly in solidarity with others.”

Zarina Durrani is President of Meeting Common Goals, LLC, a small firm providing services in the areas of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Through the LLC, she is a Senior Consultant with The Winters Group.
