Vincent S. Pierson is an award-winning Change Agent and diversity, equity and inclusion strategist with more than 10 years of experience leading an organization’s DEI efforts and initiatives. Vince currently operates his diversity and inclusion agency, VSP Diversity Solutions, where he provides comprehensive strategic consultation to support clients and partners along their diversity and inclusion journeys. Whether it’s building a three-year strategic diversity plan or launching a workshop series designed to enhance cultural competence, VSP Diversity Solutions leverages access, experience and expertise to disrupt the status quo.

Before running his own shop, Vince served in senior diversity and inclusion roles with Bloomberg LP and Minor League Baseball. He also spent time as a research assistant with The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport. Vince is also passionate about using the power of sports to move society and impact positive change. He currently serves on numerous boards including Maria Taylor’s Winning Edge Leadership Academy, the National Sports Forum’s Business of Diversity in Sports and Entertainment, and the University of Central Florida’s DeVos Sports Business Management Program.

A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Vince is a proud HBCU-graduate, having earned his undergraduate degree in Sports Management from Virginia State University. He earned master’s degrees in Business Administration and Sports Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
