Paul Gonzales is the Director of Business Development for The Winters Group, Inc. and is responsible for bringing the full suite of products and consulting solutions to organizations seeking permanent change to their company culture. Prior to joining TWG, Paul worked as Regional Sales Director for various investment and insurance products at AIG. Over a 16.5-year career at AIG, Paul served in capacities ranging from assisting individuals plan for their retirement to partnering with firms across the U.S. to maximize sales and grow profitably. Paul began his career in Operations at AIM (Invesco). He has experience in many aspects of business including business development, relationship management, product development, process improvement, and training.

While at AIG, Paul founded and led the Diversity In Sales Council which focused on recruiting, developing, and mentoring BIPOC employees with a goal of diversifying all levels of the U.S. domestic sales organization. He is also a founder and serves as Vice President on the Board of Zoey’s Angels, Inc., a non-profit created in memory of his niece Zoey. He serves on the Board of The Friends of The Phoenix, a multi-cause non-profit that serves the greater Houston area. 

Paul graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in Political Science.
