Megan Ellinghausen is the Marketing and Branding Specialist for The Winters Group. In this role, Megan is primarily responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the strategic marketing plan, including web development, social media management, and content creation. She also manages the planning and distribution of The Inclusion Solution newsletter and blog. Her passions lie at the intersection of communication and social justice where she hopes to create space for transformative dialogue through compelling and truthful storytelling.


Prior to joining The Winters Group, Megan was a web development intern for the University of Florida, where she was responsible for completing content audits of the university’s websites to ensure brand-consistent tonality, along with editing the coding of the websites for accessibility. She also worked with the Equal Opportunity Office in Alachua County, Florida. There, she rewrote the countywide procedures of the Americans with Disabilities Act to be a more comprehensive living document.

Megan is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Mass Communication in Public Interest Communication at the University of Florida.
