Krystle Nicholas is the Project & Financial Analyst of the Winters Group, Inc. In this role, Krystle is responsible for key operation duties such as managing the project database, invoicing and reporting. She also analyzes financial data by collecting, monitoring, forecasting and creating financial models for decision support.

Prior to joining the Winters Group, Krystle was the Officer Manager/Executive Assistant at the Ronda Carson Real Estate Group, a top performing real estate team in the Charlotte area. In addition to assisting clients with the purchase and sale of their real property, Krystle managed the day to day operations of the team. This included preparing transactional paperwork, client database management, team marketing, data entry and financial reporting. Prior to that, Krystle held an accounting position with Sunbelt Rentals.

Krystle is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association. She currently volunteers with Heart Math Tutoring, a math tutoring program for students in high-poverty elementary schools. She has also volunteered her time with VITA, an IRS initiative that helps low-to-moderate income individuals prepare and e-file their taxes at no cost to them.

Krystle is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Finance.
