“I am a husband. I am vegan. I am a video gamer. I am a #MeToo imperfect ally. I am a collaborative technologist. I #LiveInclusively by being #culturallyintentional. My leadership model requires me to reflect on how my cultural background influences my beliefs and values, acknowledge that my perspective may not reflect someone else’s experience or values, and shouldn’t diminish their perspective, and listen to hear and understand, and not to refute or minimize someone else.”
