Keley Smith is the Client Success Account Manager at The Winters Group. In her role, she serves as a liaison between clients and The Winters Group by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of the engagement, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. She also serves as the Project Coordinator for The Winters Group’s corporate justice responsibility arm, Live Inclusively® Actualized. In Keley’s previous role she oversaw, administered, and maintained the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining The Winters Group, Keley was employed with Sociédad Texil Lonia, a luxury retail company, where she was operations manager. Keley’s career interests include educational policy, financial literacy, philanthropy, and minority career development.

Keley is a Cum Laude graduate of Bennett College in Greensboro, NC, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. She is a Ronald E. McNair Scholar and has assisted with research projects aimed to improve mathematical education among high school minorities, as well as analyzed the environmental impact on 3rd and 4th graders.

Keley is a certified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®).
