Katelyn Peterson is the Lead Client Success Account Manager at The Winters Group. In her role, she serves as a liaison between clients and The Winters Group by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of the engagement, while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Katelyn’s congenial nature assists with her ability to work and communicate effectively with all audiences.

Katelyn has a professional background working with small businesses in the City of Baltimore and provided insight to effective and intentional communication. This showed up in forms of grant and loan exposure, public speaking practice, and audience influence. Katelyn’s passion and past also lies within working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Her work has involved assistance with personal, social, and career goal setting and coaching. This was not just a job for Katelyn, but instead an opportunity to create a pathway for her new close friends to have and enjoy equal rights and opportunities. This work has led to her volunteer path with Special Olympics where she has participated as a developmental support for basketball and flag football but looks forward to participating in even more sporting events.

She is a also contributing author in Racial Justice at Work: Practical Solutions for Systemic Change (February, 2023) with her chapter Closed Mouths Don’t Get Justice.

Katelyn is a Towson University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations. She was the Head of PR, Event Coordinator, and Hosting Coach for a media platform known as The Lunch Table Blog Show (TLT). She continues her work with the platform as an alumni mentor.
