Cicily Newby is the founder of Cicily Newby Consulting, a high-level talent, leadership development and coaching firm. Cicily is a visionary who strengthens organizational cultures through the composition of learning and talent management strategies that engage and retain diverse employee populations.

Cicily developed her expertise in the operations and leadership development organizations of multiple Fortune 500 hotel companies. Having coached leaders in corporations, non-profit organizations, higher education, government entities and consultancies, Cicily holds a successful track record in her innovative ability to teach leaders and organizations how to improve operational effectiveness. Known for her application of principles in adult learning and motivation; Cicily works in lockstep with leaders to support their career goals while helping organizations remove barriers to achieving their workforce planning objectives.

Cicily completed her bachelors at Ohio State University and received a MBA at George Mason University. She is a steering committee member of the Georgia Women in Lodging Association and serves on the Leadership Development Committee of the Castell Women in Leadership Project. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and the Chair of the Briarlake School Principal Advisory Council.

She is an ATD Certified Professional In Talent Development, Emergenetics Associate, Certified Sherpa Coach and an Intercultural Development Inventory Administrator ® (IDI®).
