Charles Hunt is a Resilience Expert, facilitator, and Speaker/Trainer. Adept at leveraging transparency to inspire and get results, this former Supply Chain and HR (Early Talent Management and Corporate Diversity) leader left the corporate world to fulfill his vision of building unbreakable spirits through cultivating resiliency and healing through trauma. He is the founder of The Audacity Firm, LLC, with a mission to help people Live, Do, & Be Better, and has led programming at some of the premier universities, colleges, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits across the country. His TEDx Talk “What Trauma Taught Me About Resilience” has attracted international acclaim.

He is a self-financed, first generation college graduate, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Purchasing & Materials Management and New & Small Business Ventures) from California State University, Hayward (East Bay); a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from Portland State University; and also completed the Cornell Certified Diversity Professional (CCDP) program at Cornell University.

Charles is a Qualified Administrator (QA) of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and a former StrengthsFinder facilitator.
