Ameera Bartholomew is an Operations Associate at The Winters Group. In her role, she provides administrative support to the team and virtual support for clients. She is responsible for coordinating components of cultural audits, such as focus groups, interviews and The Winters Group’s Inclusion Insights Survey™. She also assists with project management and the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) daily operations.

Prior to joining The Winters Group, Ameera was an Intern with the Mecklenburg County office of Equity and Inclusion where she aided in facilitating Advanced Equity Workshops and Racial Equity Toolbox Trainings. She also assisted in the day-to-day operations of the team. Ameera’s career interests include social justice advocacy and increasing the role of the African Diaspora in international politics.

Ameera is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a minor in Economics.
