Operations Associate

Remote – Full Time Position

The Winters Group is seeking a motivated individual with strong customer service mindset as well as exceptional communication and project management skills to join our Operations team as an Operations Associate. In this role, the successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Operations Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the completion of the department’s goals and objectives, assisting with internal firm administrative tasks and projects, and applying their technical skills to efficiently process internal and client work.

The Operations Associate is primarily responsible for:

  • Scheduling client engagements and consultants
  • Coordinating various components of cultural audits, including:
    • Administration, monitoring and reporting of assessments and surveys
    • Coordinating focus group and interview schedules and compiling data
  • Supporting the entry of data into our project management system
  • Maintain client information via our customer relationship management system
  • Coordinating and producing (hosting) virtual learning engagements via Adobe Connect and Zoom
  • Maintaining a master calendar of virtual learning engagements
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
  • Supporting the tracking of inventory and order processing for online store
  • Other responsibilities to be determined based on the needs of the organization and the skills and experience of the chosen applicant

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years professional experience performing similar functions in a corporate environment
  • Experience in database management and maintaining and managing CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Experience with Zoom, Adobe Connect or other similar virtual classrooms
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work effectively with all of the organization’s key contacts (i.e., staff, clients, consultants)
  • Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in all functions and communications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver and willingness to take initiative and try new approaches and propose new solutions
  • Thrives in a virtual work environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player

This role is 100% virtual, with limited travel required. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Charlotte, NC area.
