
Learning & Innovation Manager
Remote – Full Time Position The Winters Group (TWG) Learning & Innovation Manager is part of the Learning & Innovation Team (LIT). LIT is responsible for the design and delivery of our client learning experiences, including, but not limited to, in-person and virtual workshops/sessions, keynotes, thought papers and reports, and blog articles. The Learning & Innovation Manager must have extensive experience with curriculum design and a strong command of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) concepts and theories.The Learning & Innovation Manager is primarily responsible for:
- Developing and facilitating content for in-person and virtual learning experiences
- Interacting with clients to better understand and assess their learning needs, while also engaging them in the co-design process
- Managing the content design lifecycle process using Zoho Project Management tool
- Developing learning materials and aids (e.g. workbooks, handouts)
- Supporting the development of self-guided, on-demand (e-Learning) experiences
- Contributing to The Inclusion Solution weekly blog
- Authoring thought papers, reports and other resources used to position TWG as a thought-leader in DEIJ
- Staying abreast of current trends and topics in the areas of equity, social justice, diversity, and inclusion
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or specific coursework related to diversity, inclusion, sociology, intergroup relations, or similar field
- At least 3 years’ experience designing learning content
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a corporate diversity management and/or equity, social justice focused role
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work effectively with all of the organization’s key contacts (i.e., staff, clients, consultants)
- Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in all functions and communications
- Strong organizational and project management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker and problem solver with the willingness to take initiative and try new approaches and propose new solutions
- Thrives in a virtual work environment
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
This role is 100% virtual, with limited travel required.Â
