Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice (DEIJ) Facilitators & Strategists

We are continually seeking to grow our team of DEIJ facilitators and subject matter experts to join our team of consultants! Our consultants work alongside our internal team to develop DEIJ learning content, conduct elements of cultural audits/assessments, facilitate in-person and virtual learning, conduct leadership coaching, and provide thought leadership to develop long term strategies for clients. We are seeking individuals with U.S. and/or global experience. We are looking for partners with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Designing and facilitating DEIJ education
  • Developing DEIJ strategy
  • Leadership coaching
  • Global DEI experience
  • Facilitating focus groups and leader interviews
  • Strong understanding of Racial Justice/Anti-Racism concepts and theory
  • Strong understanding of cultural competence concepts and theory

All Winters Group consultants will have to participate in an upcoming Winters Group Facilitator Institute—an interactive, skills-based experience to get a better understanding of how we approach DEIJ work, share best practices in facilitation and assess your skills. All consultants will need to be certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
