Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations Certification Program

Today more than ever, leaders and employees alike must have the skills and competencies to engage in dialogue on historically polarizing and “off-limits” topics. Whether or not we create spaces for these conversations, employees are naturally talking and thinking about current events that may impact them. When people have the right support for these conversations, it increases psychological safety, engagement, and productivity.”
This interactive, skill-building learning experience will leverage the methods shared in the timely We Can’t Talk about That at Work! How to Talk about Race, Religion, Politics, and Other Polarizing Topics by Mary-Frances Winters and Mareisha N. Winters Reese and Inclusive Conversations: Fostering Equity, Empathy, and Belonging across Differences by Mary-Frances Winters, while providing participants with the content, tools, and competencies necessary to strengthen their organization’s capacity to engage in Bold, Inclusive Conversations®.
