In a justice centered approach, it is critical to start the process with the “right” people at the table. This means that those most harmed by inequitable systems need to be integral to developing the solutions. The envisioning team should include powerbrokers, BIPOC and aspiring allies.

Using organizational insights and mixed methods, we find and interrogate often overlooked, unknown and undervalued qualitative and quantitative data to inform the client’s DEIJ strategy. This includes the Intercultural Development Inventory®; Key Stakeholder Interviews; Listening Sessions; Equity and Justice Insights Survey™; a Communications Analysis, and more.

    Strategy Development and Implementation

Once the Audit is completed, we review key findings with the leaders and across the organization. From there we confirm that the organization’s DEIJ vision and mission are aligned with the overall organizational values, and identify goals, strategies and actions. In the last phase of our approach, we create a plan for accountability and commitment, including ongoing monitoring and education.
