Virtual Learning Labs

Our Virtual Learning Labs (VLLs) are a remote alternative to our in-class learning experiences. VLLs are 60-90 minute live, facilitated sessions that allow learners to participate from any device. Our learning platform utilizes interactive technology to engage participants in polling, chat discussion, and skill-building, on topics that range from foundational to advanced. Participants leave each session with skills that can be applied immediately.

Our Virtual Learning Labs (VLL) have been developed in response to our clients expressing a need for more cost-effective, skill based shorter learning experiences. The VLL is synchronous learning utilizing interactive technology to engage participants using live facilitators who are subject matter experts. Participants will leave each session with skills that they can use immediately.

Facing Fragility: The Realities, The Challenges and The Work

March 6th | 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM ET

JOIN US for a ninety-minute deep dive into fragility as it pertains to our work creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments and organizations. We will discuss fragility and how we can face it, in order to bridge the gaps in conversations that can perpetuate marginalization. What is fragility and how can it hinder the journey to creating an inclusive organization? Why do we think people are not ready for certain conversations and initiatives? What about this assertion might be true and what about this might be untrue? How can we push harder to strike a balance? How do we move forward in the most inclusive way possible? The lab will be facilitated by Brittany J. Harris, Vice President of Learning & Innovation, and Travis Jones, Principal Strategist on Race, Religion, and Culture at The Winters Group. The lab will also feature guest discussions by authors of the “Facing Fragility” Inclusion Solution blog feature series.
