Margaret Sanchez

Margaret Sanchez has been involved in organization development, research and evaluation, management and education since 1973. She has worked with executive management in both the private and nonprofit sectors to develop and deliver diversity training, establish diversity councils, and conduct cultural audits, as well as develop and implement mentoring programs. Ms. Sanchez is an expert in strategic planning, leadership development , and change management. She has worked with a variety of local and international organizations on broad-based competency development, human resource development, and team building.

Ms. Sanchez is a communication skills educator at both the university and community levels. As an active volunteer leader in community and national organizations, she currently serves as a board member to the American Red Cross-Rochester-Monroe County Chapter, the Rochester Area Community Foundation, the Al Sigl Partners Foundation, and the National Diversity Committee of the American Red Cross.

Ms. Sanchez holds a B.A. in Spanish and an M.A. in Guidance and Counseling from Michigan State University and is a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) administrator.
