Margaret Sanchez
Margaret Sanchez has been involved in organization development, research and evaluation, management and education since 1973. Ms. Sanchez holds a B.A. in Spanish and an M.A. in Guidance and Counseling from Michigan State University.
Her experience includes executive management in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Ms. Sanchez' expertise includes strategic planning; diversity initiative development including training, diversity council development, cultural audits; organization mentoring program development and implementation; leadership development including corporate coaching; change management; human resource development; needs assessment; benchmarking processes; team building and broad-based competency development for a variety of local and international organizations. She is a communication skills educator at both the university and community levels.
As an active volunteer leader in community and national organizations, she currently serves as a board member to the American Red Cross-Rochester-Monroe County Chapter, the Rochester Area Community Foundation, the Al Sigl Partners Foundation, and the National Diversity Committee of the American Red Cross.
